What You Will Do

• Scheduling and other Personal assistant topics for VP
• Organization of events (e.g. Workshops and Summits) and support of international guests
• Organization and travel management
• Collaboration in administrative projects
• Information and documentation management
• Office organization and material procurement
• Planning and coordination of measures to improve organization and processes
• Support team with Project hours booking and order management
• Work on presentation and worksheets as per instruction by the management team

What You Need

• Completed vocational training as a certified secretary, industrial clerk, office clerk
• Experience in a secretariat
• PC skills: MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SAP
• Organizational talent
• Resilience
• Knowledge of business administration
• Goal-oriented, independent work
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Language skills: English and German fluent, both written and spoken
