• Responsibility for leasing contracts, including contract management of partners
• Coordination and communication with all relevant stakeholders of the leasing business
• Identify requirements for leasing and oversee implementation at the various EMEA sites
• Develop and implement action plans to continuously improve and automate these processes
• Monitor requests to support, assigning them to first or second level support EPM (Endpoint Management)
• Overview of file access, user access rights, security groups, roles and resources based on the organizational chart
• Collaborate with partners on technical requirements for devices in inventory
• Testing new setups and devices and preparing specific settings

• Training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent training successfully completed
• First experience in IT support
• Experience with Microsoft AD, Microsoft 365, packaging tools and deployment tools
• Knowledge of roles and permissions as they relate to organizational structure

• Ge: B2 – Upper Intermediate
• En: B2 – Upper Intermediate

• Good understanding of global IT architecture (data center, server, ...) and various network devices (switch, VPN, WIFI, ...)
