OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE

To ensure Customer Satisfaction and competitive edge over other entities in the same industry by providing proactively the production line capacity to support demand of both New Products and Mass Production in terms of equipment, headcount and layout.

KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY

Space Planning

Responsible for both layout and re-layout activities of the factory.
Ensure that both product expansion and new businesses are accommodated by proactive space planning.
Works closely with Lean team to ensure continuous improvement in both Operations and Support activities.

Capacity Planning

Responsible for ensuring that capacity for New Products and Mass Production lines is updated at least monthly to ensure the following.
that Customer demand for the next 12 months is supported.
to determine if capex needs to be applied thru AR submission so that equipment arrive on time as needed.
no delay in New Products build.
address quickly demand upsurge.

Standard Time Setting (New Product and Mass Production)

100% completion of Std Time validation both New Product and Mass Production models.

On-time submission of Latest PSU Std. Time to Finance based on monthly actual builds.
On-time submission of Std. time validation based on AOP/Budget Top 80% EH Contributor.
Ensure that all PSU Std Time validation are firmed and updated in the system.

Product Costing

Provide Rework Cost as requested by BM, Planning, and Production (Support/As needed).

New Product Requirement

Ensures all Laguna models have an updated IE Plan based on latest std time validation, ramp plan.
Headcount planning and assigned line layout.
Ensures compliance to the company’s Safety Targets Program.
Ensures (HIRAC) Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control review, updating and dissemination is properly conducted by Engineers with subordinates.
Ensures the active participation in the prevention of occurrence of Safety Incident and First Aid Cases.

Encourage the reporting of near miss, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards and non compliance to the company’s 6S program to immediate supervisor and EHS team.
