With Kenjo, HR teams can efficiently recruit candidates, manage everything from employee documents, on/off-boarding, time off, as well as employee pulse surveys and feedbacks to improve overall engagement. Your main responsibilities are to:
- Effective management and further integration of the CRM system and its processes in the company.
- Data integrity and data quality in the CRM database.
- Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist other teams in using the CRM system to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage CRM user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
- Coordinate with Tech to support CRM requirements and integrations. Conduct training and educational materials for CRM usage by employees.
- CRM reporting and analysis of data to evaluate CRM effectiveness and performance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the CRM system and processes.
- Analyze customer behavior data to make suggested business decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

To be successful at this position, we think you should:
Strongly be fluent in English in written and spoken form. German is a plus. - CRM Expertise: Proficiency in working with Hubspot
- Data Management: Ability to maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of customer data within the CRM system.
- Process Optimization: Skill in analyzing existing CRM processes, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Capability to generate insightful reports and dashboards using CRM data, providing actionable insights for sales, marketing, and management teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage CRM-related projects, such as system upgrades, data migrations, or process improvements, while adhering to timelines and budgets.
