Role Overview
The Specialist, Learning & Development will help development and implementation of instructional design and training plans aimed at ensuring every Fisker owners has the information and resources to fully utilize their vehicles. This role will also help to ensure that every Fisker retail associate is fully trained on both the customer journey and product we build. The Specialist, Learning & Development works closely with both the Assistant Manager, Learning & Development Global as well as stakeholders in the retail and aftersales teams to make sure all training reflects business needs. She or he will also lead the implementation of new owner virtual orientation sessions and training curriculums into operation while ensuring successful attendance and completion are properly tracked. This is a remote position and a degree of creativity, self-motivation, discretion, and independent judgement is expected and required. High energy and passion for providing tools for success are a must.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning materials, ranging from e-learning modules to interactive workshops, that resonate with diverse learners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and performance gaps, ensuring that our team members are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.

Facilitate New Owner Virtual Orientation sessions and drive in post-delivery engagement.

Drive the implementation of innovative learning solutions that integrate technology and modern learning techniques, ensuring an enriching learning experience.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data analysis, feedback collection, and performance assessments, and make data-driven improvements.

Be the point person for learning queries and provide timely and helpful support to learners, creating a seamless and empowering learning journey.

Keep a pulse on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in learning and development, incorporating these insights into our approach.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals, culture, and values.

Be the advocate of continuous learning, instilling a growth mindset in our team members and fostering a culture of curiosity and innovation.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with a focus on learning and development being a bonus.

2+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.

Passion for cultivating professional growth and development in a remote setting.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail that ensures a flawless learning experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, that spark engagement and understanding.

Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems, and virtual training methods.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote work environment.
