We're looking for you to join our Learning & Coordination Team limited to 2 years

What you’ll do

In particular, planning, organizing, handling and following up on all administrative activities related to training, events and onboarding (e.g. consulting, appointment & participant management, invoicing, budget processes) is part of your daily business
In your role you'll be responsible for the administration of IT-based HR systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Intranet, Cornerstone, EdCast)
Your daily work consists of the creation and preparation of reports as well as the independent management of external service providers
You¿re responsible for the close and independent agreement with internal and external interfaces
You make a central contribution to the cooperation in projects as required

What you’ll bring

You've a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable education
You've very good MS Office skills and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
You describe yourself as responsible, communicative, self-initiated and hard-working and your way of working as careful, detailed and performance oriented. Your keen perception, analytical skills and sound judgement set you apart from others
Above all, you're characterized by your hands-on mentality and your ability to work in a team
Good German and English skills round off your profile
