As a Team Leader for Product Complaints, you play a central role in our organization. Your primary focus is on the efficient handling of product complaints in our Electric Tools & Accessories business unit.
In this role, there is a particular emphasis on effective collaboration and communication with our market organizations. The goal is to establish seamless cooperation based on empathy, respect, and understanding. With a certain assertiveness, you ensure that solutions are developed collectively.
Your responsibilities include coordinating technical investigations in collaboration with internal departments and external partners. You are actively involved in the continuous development and improvement of relevant processes and workflows, and you are closely integrated into the flow of information to the involved departments.
You are actively engaged in day-to-day operations, motivating your team members, coordinating tasks, and actively contributing to goal achievement. In addition to being responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, you also place a strong emphasis on the development of your employees, both professionally and personally.
