Support the Senior Project Manager on an tenant side office fit out project.

Management and Coordination

• Coordinate client requirements with the design team
• Prepare management decision making presentations
• Oversee design progress and coordinate stakeholders
• Manage the construction procurement process
• Oversee the works on site, monitor progress and manage site issue resolution
• Coordinate works with tenants in building
• Oversee close out and handover

Project Controls

• Maintain the Hill project management schedule with all owner relevant dates and decision milestones
• Coordinate the PM schedule with the contractors’ schedules
• Interrogate the contractors’ schedules for progress vs contract delivery dates
• Proactively challenge the contractors’ to drive progress
• Prepare monthly schedule reports
• Support the Hill package managers with any schedule related claims
• Manage the Hill (excel based) cost control system
• Update project risks, changes and advance warnings
• Process decision sign offs into the cost control system
• Process monthly progress invoices
• Review tenders and support clients in negotiations
• Provide advice on variation claims and support Clients in areas of potential contractual risk
• Generate purchase order requests and coordinate with the client finance department
• Prepare monthly cost reports including cash flow forecasts and accruals

• 5 years plus years construction industry experience ideally in commercial real estate and industrial projects
• Fluent German speaker, strong English
• Experience in Germany, familiar with German construction contracts, familiar with German HOAI
• Relevant qualification (construction economics (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), quantity surveying, engineering or architecture)
• MEP experience is an asset
