Exciting insights - You possess a deep understanding of information security practices applied in the support of and integration with key business and strategic priorities. You support the BISO strategy and perform work with significant independence.

Relationship Management - Proactive and regular engagement with, and relationship management of stakeholders across the area of responsibility are part of your tasks. You build and maintain relationships across the lines of service to effectively deliver security activities on behalf of the global and local security and technology teams.

Information security - In the BISO role you are primarily focused towards: Harmonising Network & Territory Security strategy with business objectives, providing support and guidance around security service interfaces and acting as a point of escalation and management of security projects and security hygiene sprints. Furthermore, you identify and manage information security risk areas to tolerable levels as well as identify and execute tasks aligned to cybersecurity strategy with autonomy.

Daily business - You respond to and support with regard to policies, risks, security processes, as well as client inquiries around information security. In addition to this, you also define and track metrics around key risk indicators and communicating these with business stakeholders. Building and maintaining complex programs while supervising staff to execute against overall strategy is also part of your field of responsibility.

You are experienced in managing multi-function relationships throughout major transformation. Furthermore, you have experience in a role balanced between business stakeholders and a central service organization. You know how to navigate in a multifaceted, matrix organization and how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skill sets.

You have a proven track record of success in managing efforts within business engagement and relationship management space.

You have a broad understanding of technology and how security is applied to technology in an enterprise setting. Knowledge of risk assurance and technical security principles is also required. You also have proven knowledge of risk management and technical security.

You have a high-level understanding of PwC’s business model, service offerings, and business operating environment as it pertains to the firm’s threat landscape. Furthermore, you can frame threats and exposures in a business context recognized by non-technical staff and executives.

You speak both English and German fluently.
