Food & Beverage Coordinator
JOB OVERVIEW
The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the Food & Beverage Manager and all Food & Beverage Outlets Manage in delivering great guest experience, developing operational efficiency and F&B product, as well as taking ownership and driving F&B Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator, you will:
1. Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Make sure that food allergies and dietary requirements are treated with absolute seriousness
- Review and act on guest feedback, taking prompt action to resolve guest complaints and improve guest loyalty
- Enhance the hotel's image through online reputation management for F&B, driving positive reviews on key platforms and websites.
- Manage the booking systems to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with Restaurant and Culinary teams regarding any special guest requirements or requests
2. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare all administration documents required by the Department HOD's
- Compile and analyze reports regarding financial performance, guest satisfaction and payroll accuracy
- Support in Department operations when required
- Review and control billing accuracy
- Ensure Department PPE is uploaded and updated within deadlines
- Join F&B Management in all appropriate meetings including but not limited to F&B CFM, BEO Meeting and Payroll, ensuring accurate notes are taken.
- Takes ownership of departmental projects and works alongside other departments to develop them
3. Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Support strategic social media management including content planning for F&B pages
- Conception and creation of posts for various F&B social media channels
- Daily social media monitoring
- Monthly social media reporting
- Support photo shoots and video shoots for F&B related activities
4. F&B Marketing Support
- F&B Marketing Support for 2 F&B venues with various offers
- Support content updates of F&B third party pages
- Support F&B related graphic design of marketing materials for internal and external communication, such as menus, offers, brochures.
- Close cooperation with all F&B outlets as well as with the marketing team

- First experience in social media management
- Enthusiasm for the bar and gastronomy scene
- Interest in being involved in many different projects
- Good time management and efficient work
- First experience with programs like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva
- A sense of responsibility and initiative
You will have very good written and spoken German and English skills and be comfortable using MS Office.
