We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach (d/f/m) with the passion and aim to continuously improve our ways of working to serve our impactful teams.
What you'll do:
- Promote and support agile practices, metrics, and mindset across the company, and help deliver value.
- Challenge teams and people managers to evolve and make the right decisions that build customer value and growth for the business.
- Identify actions to improve our time-to-market across the squads and product and tech teams.
- Be an organizational developer by defining and adapting initiatives that.
- Keen on using tools for managing Agile projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that teams are aligned and focused on deli
vering value to
the business. - Support leadership and cross-functional teams in a scaled agile framework regarding team building, decision making, conflict solving, and building resilience.
- Facilitate complex workshops such as strategy & vision workshops, retrospectives, conflict solving, brainstorming, or agreement workshops.
- Coach people managers towards Agile Leadership.
- Collaborate with external coaches to help you grow.
Who you are:
- Professional experience of at least 4-5+ years in an agile environment at a fast-growing and evolving organization.
- Comprehensive know-how and experience in agile methods (OKR, Scrum, Kanban) and excellent facilitation skills (remote, hybrid, onsite).
- Profound in organizational development at enterprise-level and experienced in inspiring change across the organization.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, Coda, or other similar platforms, and the ability to implement and improve them for a scaled setup,
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or other similar platforms.
- Passionate about bringing teams into their happy and high-performing zone.
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the impact on others and the ability to adapt your approach according to feedback, context, and situation.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate context-specific and to the point.
- Proficient in English. German is a plus.
