During the 18-month program you will be employed in Germany. After the program your target department will be in Manufacturing in Charleston with a local US contract.

After completion of the Inspire program you will continue your career in the following business area:
Work with head of department manage all aspects of projects and serial production from start to finish. Help develop project objectives and review project proposals. Monitor project budget and timeline. Preparation, support in the implementation and documentation of decisions in local project coordination considering completely different initial conditions. Ensuring compliance of targets, indicate slippages and problems. Coordinate parts of the local project in collaboration with all Van plants of Mercedes-Benz. Control of internal and regular consultations with the departments. With your knowledge, your pioneering spirit and entrepreneurial mindset you encourage others to successfully drive change in our organization.
