• Supporting on research tasks (on the market and brands’ social media presences, audiences, competitors, social media trends, cultural trends)

• Sourcing relevant creative inspiration which will help the team on various tasks;

• Compiling and communicating research findings to team members

• Gaining proficiency in analytics tools and actively using them to contribute to social media reporting tasks

• Contributing to the creation of strategies (social media and brand)

• Attending team and cross-team meetings while getting an understanding of team strategy’s roles and tasks within the wider agency

• Studying Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Sociology or related fields

• Understanding of social media channels, trends

• Good writing and research skills in English and German

• A can-do attitude, reliable, and keen attention to detail
