About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Capability Manager to join our team. The purpose is to help Re-imaging what learning looks like for an in-Store environment.
This role is critical to shaping the learning strategy and helping Coles win in its second century by providing outstanding strategic insight, stakeholder engagement, and learning subject matter expertise, to ensure that Coles has the capabilities it needs for today and into the future.
