We are currently looking for bright, enthusiastic and reliable candidates to work with our Business Development team based in Berlin as a:
“Junior” Business Development Support - Student (Part Time: 20 hours)
Key Leadership Expectations for Success in this Role:
- Gathering data for our research studies and building client relationships
- Prospecting companies and contacts within the Consulting Industry
- Reaching out to both potential clients and current clients via Cold Calling and Email
- Data comparison and verification with study participants as well as coordination with customers
- Completing data entry into company CRM system and other internal tools
- Collaboration with other departments and coordination of projects within the company
- Ability to work in a coordinated and reliable manner even under time pressure with flexibility regarding time and work distribution
- Collaborative and team spirit as you’ll be part of our “Business Development Team” supporting your team colleagues, as well as the greater organization providing data and feedback reports for various clients.

- Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment, manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Excel are essential
- An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in a second language is valuable (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, Swedish, Polish, French etc.; preferably at a native speaker level)
