PROJECT MANAGER in Berlin bei GUBSE AG

We’ve been developing our hotel management software SIHOT for since 1986 and our product family is running in more than 3.500 hotels worldwide. Our offices with a total of 200 employees are located in Berlin, Valencia, Lisbon, Cardiff, Sao Paulo and Australia’s Gold Coast.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and manage client project, including:
  • liaising with customers
  • conducting internal and external project meetings
  • escalation management
  • planning resources and technical execution
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors for flawless execution of all aspects of the projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope, observing company standards and policies

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in (business) information technology, business economics or similar
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to work self-dependent
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in both German and English
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality sector beneficial
