As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Specialist to play a key role in enhancing our HR systems and processes.
About the role
As a Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing new modules, expanding Workday functionalities across multiple countries, and conducting comprehensive training sessions for management. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR technology and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you will do
- Implement new modules within the Workday system to enhance HR functionalities
- Lead the expansion of Workday to accommodate the needs of multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives
- Assist in testing and provide expert-level guidance
- Conduct training sessions for management to ensure effective utilization of the Workday system
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as project managers and workday consultants
- Serve as first point of contact for all internal users of Workday
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment with a high potential for development. You must be able to effectively communicate and analyze business requirements and system capabilities to develop and deploy solutions. The working location is Sevenum (Venlo) in the Netherlands, and we're open to a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility of being in the office 2-3 days a week.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferably you have experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Experience with global Workday implementations or a similar system is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support management effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Certification is a plus
- Familiarity with integrations and data migration within the Workday ecosystem
- Project management skills to lead and execute Workday implementation projects
