As Global Change Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for the planning, designing, organizing and implementing change activities in the context of the various strategic, organizational and technical transformation initiatives within Bauer. As part of the Transformation & Change team within the Group HR People & Culture Development department you need to actively manage the people side of the change on eye-level with the respective project management and leadership. At the same time, you ensure alignment with the overarching cultural ambition of Bauer, connected people and culture development processes and programs and Group wide behavioural frameworks.
This is a hybrid position.
