We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist for our warehouse in Cologne, Germany.
The purpose of this role is to organize and prioritize operational activities and ensure optimal administrative management within the warehouse.
Your Challenges Will Be:
- Handling and organizing incoming and outgoing emails to ensure timely and professional communication;
- Overseeing the administrative aspects of shipments, including precise label printing and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order;
- Accurately inputing shipment details into the shipping system, ensuring smooth processing and tracking;
- Managing orders by printing, sorting, and prioritizing them based on client specifications, ensuring a streamlined and client-focused workflow;
- Conducting virtual and in-person meetings with clients to organize workflows and continuously improve processes for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction;
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies within the system, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data and processes.
Who You Are:
- You hold high school diploma, equivalent, or bachelor’s degree;
- You’re proficient in German and English (at least B2 level);
- You master with Microsoft Office;
- You have stellar ability to manage and prioritize your time – you know how to get things done efficiently!
- You’re great at building relationships and working with others.
