• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a consulting role or similar, ideally within the sporting goods industry

• Solid business understanding and critical thinking ability

• Advanced analytical skills

• Very strong communication skills towards senior management

• Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports

• In close alignment with senior management, facilitate and contribute to the global strategic planning process for mid- to long-term

• Collaborate on the definition of the strategic framework, priorities and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and facilitate necessary adjustments

• Develop strategic presentations and business planning documents

• Drive or support the development of C-level presentations and reports towards external stakeholders
