Production Associate - Plastics – Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg in Grünheide (Mark) bei Tesla

We are looking for process technicians in the injection molding. You support the process engineers (m/f/d) in setting up, technically implementing, and further developing optimal processes and workplaces.

You are therefore a decisive factor in the creation of our injection molded parts for the new Model Y, which will be the first to roll off the assembly line in our Gigafactory.

You will work together with a team for daily production tasks (e.g. part providing, quality check).

You support and being part with development of standard work steps.

You have an open eye for consumer goods and providing of new one.

You will help the Support Production member into production preparation.

You ensure the 5S standard for the whole shop.

Continuous improvement is in your blood and you like to bring in new ideas.

You have a technical background – ideally in plastics manufacturing.

You have experience in handling fixtures.

You are enthusiastic for communicate with other departments and team members.

You bring a hands-on mentality and the willingness to work shifts in a 4-shift system included working days at weekends.

You have a good knowledge of German or English, ideally both.
