Your tasks
As a Jr. Program Manager at Bots & People, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide comprehensive support and coordination for the external trainer and consultant pool, ensuring an effective facilitation experience
- Unlock the potential of freelancers by finding relevant projects and ensuring continuous work opportunities
- Actively participate in training and coaching to shape and optimize customer care processes
- Ensure efficient delivery in CSM business operations, including documentation, executive summaries, and project wrap-ups
- Centralize feedback from enterprise clients and collaborate with the product team to identify improvements
Your profile
Necessary:
- Business school degree or equivalent
- C1 English or German (fluent in business fluent language skills)
- 2+ years of experience in Account/Success Management or IT-Business Management Consulting
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fast-growing B2B tech environments
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and serve
- Organized, detail-oriented, structured, and able to navigate the complexity
- Independent work style, high level of commitment, and service-oriented mindset
Sufficient
- Fundamental knowledge in BPA, digitalization technologies, and agile working methods
- Basic understanding of IT and departmental structures in large German corporations
- Able to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital, analytical, and technical fields
