Main duties and responsibilities
o Sales Support hotline, email accounts & customer service for all merchant’s questions, entry point of Global Blue for retail industry in Germany and beyond
o Improve merchant’s knowledge and expertise with our services
o Contract management, set up, control and implement new merchants under the guidelines in work
o Business intelligence & reporting, to sales team and merchants as well, internal reports
o Administrate account set up and data responsibility, debts and income management, accounting activity, Merchant commission process
o Recover rejected forms in collaboration with processing and recovery team
o Handle internal and international requests (Sales, Bookkeeping, Processing etc.)
o Care of Master Data entries and set up, using the tools like Sales Force, MNA, MSTR, DWH, etc.
o Monitor that brand guidelines are respected in all communications
o Document in CRM all Merchant’s specific information and activity done
o Answer ad hoc questions
o Draft and distribution of Business Statistics analysis and reports, presentation and discussion

o The holder of the position reports to Head of Sales Support
o The holder of the position collaborates with: Sales Team, Accounting, Admin and retailer service teams International, Traveller Service Points team, invoicing team, recovery team, processing team,
Profile and education
o min. 5 years clerk experience ideally in retail/ financial sales/ customer service
o Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
o Good organizational and time management skills
o Good understanding of facts and figures, analytical approach of the retail business
Specific skills and knowledge
o Very good German (oral and written)
o English (oral and written)
o Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
o Strong Team player with interpersonal skills
o Strong customer orientation

o Experienced in an international environment would be a plus
