We are looking for a Planning Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Sourcing & Production division.
What you can expect:
- Define, steer and monitor yearly and seasonal planning for defined MPG's by vendor style allocation to ensure on time performance
- Identification of improvement potential for production planning and capacity control
- Definition of corrective actions to optimize on-time delivery and manage reallocations in cooperation with Product Development and Buying
- Optimization of the supplier portfolio in the context of procurement, the onboarding and offboarding process, and the conduct of negotiations with suppliers
- Preparation of analysis and presentations as a base for concept and strategy definition
- Regular meetings with vendors for all planning related topics (e.g. communication of yearly and seasonal planning)
- Lead or participate in departmental/cross-departmental international and internal projects
Your profile:
- Academic economic degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement within the textile supply chain
- Product and supply chain know how
- Analytical thinking & project management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
