As a Consultant you will work directly with our clients to ensure excellent project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Delivery
- Analyze and define customer's needs and requirements
- Responsible for installation and configuration of UpSlide from scratch on a Microsoft platform
- Responsible for the implementation of basic to semi-complex requirements like configuring dynamic library
- Independently provide advice and make recommendations on basic to semi-complex projects
- Independently deploy, configure and integrate applications according to customer needs and requirements
Advisory Services
- Give advice to clients, and share best practices
- Work with the colleague designing the solution, if needed, to provide in-depth technical solutions to clients
- Identify future opportunities within the account, and pass the information across to the relevant sales or pre-sales contact within UpSlide
Client Relations
- Handle client relations through effective communication throughout project duration
- Lead requirement gathering scoping meetings
Thought Leadership
- Contribute writing blog articles & white papers
- Participate in events to promote UpSlide and Microsoft tools (internal & external)
- Participate / Assist Senior consultant in product marketing webinars
Product Knowledge and Contributions
- Submit valuable feedback and feature requests
- Support the product team on client insights where required
- Create Zendesk articles and videos for UpSlide user community
