Our members in 130 countries receive monthly packages filled with unique products created by Israeli family businesses.

We’re looking for a highly organized and methodical individual to join our ever-growing team as Email Marketing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into the international marketing world.

We use Klaviyo as our preferred email marketing platform.

As the Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist you will:

support strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the subscriber lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, loyalty, retention, surveys, etc.
build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results and advise on improvements
work in partnership with designers and copywriters to optimize email creative and template structure based on the best practices
mitigate email and SMS frequency between program touchpoints to minimize database churn. This includes marketing campaigns, triggered emails, and promotional emails.

It's a match if:

You have experience in navigating existing templates, building and maintaining custom templates and in working with variety of ESP platforms
You are able to translate design ideas into engaging email experiences to improve the level of personalization and support
You are detail oriented and always triple check your work, you think creatively and analytically
You are self-organized with clear and concise communication on the status of ongoing work
You have an understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs
You have management skills or team management experience
You are able to develop powerful email campaigns for Lev Haolam, while having the technical knowhow to implement various strategies
