Job requirements

• Successfully finished studies within the field economics, media, or communication sciences with a focus on marketing or similar
• At least 4 years of experience within a similar position
• Profound knowledge of social media activities and influencer marketing
• Strong knowledge of brands for the creation of the marketing and communication mix
• Experience in media campaigns (out of the box), development and coordination of campaigns and graphic materials
• Fluent in English is a must, German is a plus – very strong English copy writing skills are required

Your main responsibilities:

• Increasing awareness and managing positioning for the design- & lifestyle hotel brand nhow in Northern Europe, according to the brand pillars by initiating and managing activities within target group
• Creation of an annual nhow marketing plan for Northern Europe and individual hotel marketing plans together with the hotel team
• Development and execution of communication materials and activities, based on need, market and competitive set
• Handling of influencer cooperation’s and managing the Social Media content-strategy aligned with the global PR & Social Media team
• Initiation and execution of brand cooperation’s & partnerships that pass to the nhow brand pillars
• Supporting the operational teams for new nhow hotel openings to ensure in-line communication and transfer of brand values
• Conception and creation of content in regards to text, image and videos
• Strong brand ambassador within the business unit, supporting and guiding on-site marketing & communication managers
