Internship Hyundai Motor Europe

Who You'll Work With You will be based in our European headquarter office in Germany as a full-time intern for ~6 months.

When you join Hyundai as an intern, you are joining a firm that will challenge you and invest in your professional development.

You will also have the opportunity to present results to different stakeholders and implement recommendations in collaboration with your team.

You will gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams.

There are different departments to choose for the internship:

Marketing Intern: The Marketing Intern will work closely with the Marketing team to assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing data, assisting in the planning and execution of events and promotions, and supporting the development of marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be a creative and proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

Human Resources Intern: The Human Resources Intern will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, assisting with employee onboarding, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have an interest in human resources and talent management.

Finance Intern: The Finance Intern will work closely with the Finance team to assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, creating financial models, assisting in budget preparation, and supporting the development of financial reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have an interest in finance and accounting.

Information Technology Intern: The Information Technology Intern will work closely with the IT team to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting in the development of new systems, and providing support for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, be a problem-solver, and have an interest in information technology.

Sales Intern: The Sales Intern will work closely with the Sales team to assist in achieving sales targets and promoting Hyundai's brand image. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies, assisting in customer relationship management, and participating in sales events and promotions. The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an interest in sales and marketing.
