About the role

As our Partner Manager Integrations, you will play a central role in building the ecosystem of our Delivery & Returns Management platform. You will build relationships with external software providers and support them in building and improving technical integrations of Shipcloud into their own systems.

Your mission

• Building relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with external software providers to expand the Shipcloud ecosystem
• Technical integration: Assist partners in integrating Shipcloud solutions into their systems by using your technical expertise
• Business case development: Initiate contact with potential partners, develop business cases for collaboration and lead discussions on potential integrations
• Technical expertise: You have a strong technical background that enables effective communication and translation of options into technical integrations

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of interface development or the management of API-based systems
• Experience in working with product management, development and other stakeholders
• Experience in the area of technical partner management
• Development of solution concepts (PoC) in collaboration with the product team
• Background in e-commerce or SaaS environment
• Experience in introducing new integrations within the organisation

• Experience with tools such as Productboard, Miro, Notion and Postmen
• Project management
