We're excited to offer a remote work opportunity in Germany, and it's ready for the right candidate (m/f/d) to jump in as soon as they're available. This position is a maternity leave (limited) contract and a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week, spread across five days. Join us from the comfort of your home!

Tasks:

• Data administration: Logging and conveying of data recorded and transmitted by the customer into systems
• Data acquisition: Assisting our workshop customers through active acquisition of data and information retrieval/procurement
• Access management: Creating customer accounts for access to our online information systems
• Customer support: Supporting our customers by responding to inquiries via email

Your profile:

• First experience in contact with customers
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• IT affinity and confident handling of work on the PC
• Fluency in German and English language skills (B1+)

Full Remote: we work fully remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany
