For our 2-year Graduate Program at our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity we are looking for you as a Graduate - Finance (m/f/d)

What our Graduate Program has to offer:

• Variety: The energy industry is changing! Mabanaft's finance function offers a wide variety of possible assignments during your rotation: accounting, controlling, planning & performance, treasury (cash management, trade & corporate finance) and risk management. All functions are closely intertwined with our national and international business activities.
• Big Picture: In order to enhance the business support through our finance functions, you will get to know both our traditional energy trading business as well as our developments in the New Energy field. During assignments at one of our tank terminals or in a sales office, you will experience first-hand what our core business is really all about.

After the Graduate Program, many different career options are waiting for you. Depending on your interests and talents, you can start your career in one of our finance functions (controlling, (group) accounting) or in the treasury team.

What we are looking for:

• University degree: You have successfully completed your master's degree in business administration/finance, economics or another relevant field.
• Motivation: You want to learn everything about finance topics including controlling, accounting or treasury. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A strong team spirit and a hands-on mentality complete your profile.
• Intercultural competence: You enjoy working in international teams. Very good English and ideally good German language skills help you to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• First work experience: Ideally, you have already gained some experience (e.g. through internships or an apprenticeship) in the areas of finance / accounting / controlling / treasury – preferably in the commodities and / or energy sector, but this is not a requirement for joining our Graduate Program.
