Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to decarbonise a million businesses within the next few years, using science and technology. We offer a software for carbon accounting, decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé, and N26, to successfully manage their net zero journeys. Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.

We're looking for a Product Operations Intern, to join our Product team mid-October for a 6-month internship, with a possibility for a full-time position after the completion of the internship. If our mission is aligned with your values and personal goals, we want to get to know you!

Your responsibilities

At Plan A, you'll be working with hundreds of companies to successfully manage their net zero journeys and ESG reporting. We are looking for someone to:

Manage key administrative projects to unblock teams and unlock value for our users
Support in coordinating the rollout and monitoring of business objectives across the product organisation
Help facilitate the smooth and productive collaboration between Product and other teams in the organisation (eg Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
Support in continuously improving our processes for collecting insights from our users
Requirements
Knowledge of Product Management best practices (eg Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery Habits, Inspired)
A fast learner, who is able to grasp difficult concepts quickly
An organised person, with a strong attention to detail
An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language
Located in Berlin, able to work from our office in Kreuzberg

What makes you stand out

Previous experience in an Agile software development environment and/or previous experience in a customer-facing role
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
