• In your role as Business Analyst (m/f/d) you're responsible for the further expansion of digitization, the chatbot and the improvement of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
• You'll be involved in optimizing concern detection and automation as well as NLU (Natural Language Understanding)/conversation designs and machine learning chat features and contribute to continuously improving the IVR NLU and translation tools glossaries
• Most importantly, your daily business includes analyzing extensive chat data/voice data to improve the chat bot and our IVR, analyzing detailed data from chat histories and telephony to generate new intents and appropriate utterances, and analyzing user feedback and usage data to identify trends
• You'll be involved in supervising the performance of our chatbots/ IVR/ live chat translation and identifying areas for improvement and will be a key contributor to developing business requirements and compiling and monitoring KPIs

• You've an optimally completed university degree with a focus on analytics/linguistics as well as initial professional experience as a business analyst (m/f/w) or in a comparable position.
• Above all, your strengths include very strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work as well as a very good feeling for languages
• You've effective communication and presentation skills and bring along a high level of commitment and motivation
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
