- Collaborate with Product Owners and the Engineering Team to provide support in handling important Remote Management topics
- Take ownership of documentation tasks, ensuring that all product-related information is accurately recorded and accessible
- Create and maintain a knowledge base and community articles using TeamViewer to assist and educate our customers
- Participate in collaborative discussions with Product Owners and the Product Management team, Global Support Team, UX-Designer, to contribute to the preparation of future roadmap items
- Work independently and take the lead on assigned projects, showcasing your initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Supporting the handling of backlog items
Qualifications
- Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as german are a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence or similar
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and accessible documentation
- Effective time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Independent working style as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

- Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
