• Collaborate with Product Owners and the Engineering Team to provide support in handling important Remote Management topics
• Take ownership of documentation tasks, ensuring that all product-related information is accurately recorded and accessible
• Create and maintain a knowledge base and community articles using TeamViewer to assist and educate our customers
• Participate in collaborative discussions with Product Owners and the Product Management team, Global Support Team, UX-Designer, to contribute to the preparation of future roadmap items
• Work independently and take the lead on assigned projects, showcasing your initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Supporting the handling of backlog items

• Enrolled student (all genders) at a university or college in the field of Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as german are a plus
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Jira, Confluence or similar
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and accessible documentation
• Effective time management and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Independent working style as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
