Summary
For the Air Traffic Control (ATC) area in the ATC Bids & Products department, we are looking for a part-time "Shipping and deliveries clerk (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The Air Traffic Control division develops and manufactures modern and complex radar systems for air traffic control for both the civil and military markets. Together with partners and suppliers we offer complete air traffic control systems.
The "Air Traffic Control (ATC)" department is responsible for the preparation of offers and the implementation of customer projects from the project planning phase through development to series production. In addition, existing products are further developed in the frame of product responsibility and product strategy.
Your Tasks
- Timely handling of transports and deliveries in compliance with legal regulations (import DE / EU / third country)
- Creation of delivery notes via SAP
- Compliance with export restrictions (bans, embargoes, dual use) in cooperation with Hensoldt Export Control
- Checking the products for export license requirements
- Coordination of customs and export processing, as well as ensuring compliance with export regulations
- Obtaining offers for transport and storage
- Communication with national & international service providers regarding order processing
- Ensuring material bookings in cooperation with the logistics service provider
- Check transport invoices and freight costs
- Contact person for all ATC projects for transport, customs and export issues, at the same time interface to the Hensoldt internal specialist departments
- Project support for warehouse movements and internal transport
Your Profile
- Completed technical training with additional commercial qualifications, completed commercial training with appropriate further training or qualification as technician
- Experience in order processing in customer service, in supply chain management or as a person in charge in project management
- Defense industry experience advantageous
- High technical understanding
- Very good knowledge of SAP and office skills
- Knowledge of export and customs regulations
- Very good organizational skills and independent way of working
- Team and communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
- Business fluent German and advanced English skills
