Assistant & Project Support (f/m/d)

YOUR TASK AND RESPOSABILITIES

• Liaise with global and regional leaders, prepare presentations for CS&D Global and Regional Leadership Meetings.
• Set agenda, facilitate meetings, follow-up summary during Global and Regional Steering Meetings.
• Coordinate Live TEAMS events, event request, support in content creation for presentation, follow-up on questions and answers.
• Support content creation for global and regional CS&D TEAMS channels, onbarding of new employees and maintenance of
  distribution mail lists.
• Planning and implementation of a team building activities as part of CS&D team meetings
• Support Workshop logistics on site (room booking, visitor registration, booking of rooms, equipment/utensils,
  guest hospitality/catering etc.)
• Manage calendars, travel expenses, purchasing requisitions, invoices payments and other administrative task.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as business administration, project management or office management.
• First experiences in a similar roles, with experience in project support, coordination, and assistant’s activities.
• The ability to work effectively as part of an international multicultural team, with a positive and proactive approach to achieving team
  goals is crucial for this role.
• Good IT Skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office e.g. PowerPoint & Microsoft TEAMS and other relevant programs such Concur,
  SmartBuy, SAP.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
