Contribute to shaping TÜV SÜDs global Employee Value Proposition
Using agile methodologies for creation of solutions, including identification of the user needs, creation of solution in small iterations, including feedback from users for continuous improvement
Contribute to the global talent acquisition, leadership and development IT solution transition project together with project and regional HR teams
Contribute to the data based diagnosis of talent challenges and oversee supportive technologies
Define, track and analyse the employee and candidate experience data and develop practical tracking and reporting methods
