These are your tasks:

You work as a part-time manager with shared disciplinary team leadership responsiblity and lead a team of 5-7 people.
Moreover, you manage the coordination with clients (frequent/weekly) and you lead negotiations with a focus on cross-work package topics.
Also, you are in charge of a major project profeting a relevant workpackage against competition (sustainability/customer added value).
Furthermore, you act as enabled customer interface and you take care of actual commercial offers.
Lastly, you are accountable for specific process qualifications and process improvements related to the customer contracts.

Who we are looking for:
You have successfully completed a diploma or master's degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable qualification and 3-5 years working experience.
You also have knowledge of systems like MS Office and SAP.
You are characterised by very good leadership skills, analytical and structured thinking and a goal-oriented approach.
Very good English skills, a high level of communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile.
