We are looking for a Product Manager - Self Onboarding (all genders) to join our Vendor Sales & Operations team and help us create a seamless onboarding experience for our restaurants around the world.
Digital Sales is a fundamental part of our globally-used product and technology stack - handling the intricate interactions between our vendors and sales teams. Every restaurant onboarded will come through your product and your challenge will be how to effectively create a curated vendor experience that is also operationally efficient and built for scale.

Your mission:

Manage technically demanding product that impact the vendor onboarding journey across 50+ countries where we operate

Work closely with Sales Operations teams to solve their pain points which impact their operational efficiency and productivity

Prioritize and manage the work of a cross-functional development team in tandem with Design, Data & Analytics teams

Generate customer insights through experimentation and help internal stakeholders to make smarter decisions

Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap

Manage expectations of stakeholders from 50+ countries and be transparent on progress and priorities

Stay current on trends, innovation, and competition in a fast-paced environment
Your heroic skills:

4+ years of experience in product management with a proven history of delivering results

Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products

Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions

Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in digitalization and automation of processes by challenging the status quo with an optimized and automated process
