We're looking for a Junior Panel Consultant to support in all things field management across our market research projects. You will work with our internal researchers and panel partners and ensure all projects are delivered on time.

What you will be doing:

Become an expert in all field management aspects of market research project
Manage all field management projects in our DIY platforms
Assist with panel feasibility and cost requests
Work with our panel partners to ensure fielding is on time and within budget by closely monitoring quotas and incidence rates
Become an expert in the field management tool of our platform and make recommendations on improvements
Ensure timely closure and invoicing of fielding surveys
Work with Senior Panel Consultant to manage any data quality issues with panel vendors
Regularly collaborate with Research Consultants on any field management needs

Who you are:

You have a minimum of 1 of year experience managing/working at a market research sample and panel vendor.
You proactively anticipate potential opportunities and focus on solutions, not problems as they relate to sample management and processes
A quick thinker with a focus on goal-oriented solutions.
Independent worker with the qualities of a doer and the will to determine your own success.
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic about quantitative market research and new, agile software technologies.
Comfortable working on EST time zone, to ensure a periodic working hour overlap across global teams

Estimated base salary: $65,000-$72,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors including experience and market data. The working hours are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
