Your mission

• Communication: Written and verbal communication and regular meetings with MakerDAO, the first DeFi and one of the leading ones today!

• Requirement Gathering: Navigate the DAO jungle to understand what is truly needed right now.

• Bright mind: You break down ideas into products, features and issues for our engineering team.

• Team support: You might get the chance to help out as a product manager for other projects at SIDESTREAM.

Your profile

• Desire to learn and grow: You will learn a lot of useful things here. We provide you mentorship, feedback and proven processes. Still it’s in your responsibility to bring in enough drive and eagerness to learn.
• You have an affinity or interest in blockchain and Crypto topics.
• There’s no need for you to code, but you should understand the technical perspective to explain issues to our developers.
• You bring persistence and endurance: DAOs are a novel organizational form and you need these attitudes more than in classical organizations.
• You have excellent communication skills for a smooth collaboration between us and the people from MakerDAO.
• Your English skills are very good so that you can communicate with our international team as well as everyone from MakerDAO.
