What You Will Do

• You will guide the development, go-to-market planning, Dealer Communications and Training, plus Retail Communications for AGCO’s portfolio of Services offerings in EME
• You will drive the Dealer Performance Management to optimize the penetration of AGCO’s Services Programs across the EME region
• You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to research and develop Extended Warranty and Maintenance Care Package offerings, together with their supporting Systems, in the EME and APA regions
• You will lead and develop a team of professionals, setting objectives and coaching individuals to support their professional growth

hat You Will Bring

• Detailed understanding of Farmer´s Aftersales Services customer journey touch points and drivers of customer satisfaction across the machine ownership life circle
• Experience working with Dealer Parts and Workshop staff to implement complex Chane Programs targeting Service Retention, Aftersales commercial Services, Business Process optimization and Customer Experience
• Track record driving engagement across multiple internal functions, to lead the deployment and adoption of strategic initiatives
• Experience nurturing the development and performance of Team members
• Data management and complex Reporting competences
• High level of familiarly with AGCO systems landscape
