Job Role:

Responsible for distribution points and central infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues related to SCCM Agent, distribution points, and Windows 10/11 installations using SCCM.
Handle responsibilities for client operating systems, including Windows 11, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Active Directory.
Provide support for incident, change, and release management in alignment with ITIL practices.

Your profile:

Extensive experience with Microsoft SCCM infrastructure, including locations, replication, permissions, and collections.
Proficient in Microsoft SCCM versions 2007, 2012, and later editions.
Several years of hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 and newer versions.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting and distributing software and applications, including security updates and packages.
C1 German speaking is required
