Your Tasks

Development of major/minor store concepts (e.g. department concepts, digital components)
Close collaboration with relevant specialist departments (e.g. furniture sourcing, marketing, safety & security, construction)
Furniture development and material sourcing
Preparation, validation and presentation of new standards and tests in connection with our Store Concept Circle
Definition and supervising store department modules within modular store system
Design responsibility for the execution of international single projects of our various Store Formats

Your Profile

Professional Architecture and Interior Design qualification with several years of experience in the shop fitting environment
Experience with assortment structure and visual merchandise
Understanding of customer insights/motives and how to adapt concepts
Qualified knowledge of ArchiCAD, Rhino, VRAY, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
Conceptual skills and a pronounced understanding of operative business
Entrepreneurial thinking and management skills
Fluent in German and English. Other languages would be an advantage
