Tech Recruiter in Berlin bei Picsart

Picsart is looking for a Tech Recruiter to support hiring needs in the EU. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to develop and execute strategies to attract global tech engineering talent, and ensure a high quality candidate experience.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Berlin office and requires fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers providing expertise and guidance on the hiring process and strategy, driving the full end-to-end recruiting cycle
• Take full ownership of the roles assigned to keep the hiring quality high
• Leverage existing tech talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
• Use a creative approach to source candidates and maintain an active candidate pipeline using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources
• Schedule and conduct interviews with the candidates
• Ensure the candidates have the best experience with Picsart, suggest improvements based on the feedback
• Detect obstacles, and take the initiative of changes to ensure the hiring process goes smoothly
• Help the Talent Acquisition team strength, employer brand
• Participate in Talent Acquisition side projects if needed

Experience / Skills

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

• Tech recruiting experience with a strong background in hiring engineers for Berlin and across Europe
• Sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
• Interviewing and leading the hiring process with positive outcomes
• Experience in building and utilising different sourcing plans and tools
• Experience communicating with varying levels of stakeholders
• Knowledge of the EU talent market and its specifications (Germany & Spain)
• Strong understanding of the Recruiting and HR processes
• Strong understanding of technical terminology
• Ability to prioritise the hiring needs and tasks
• Ability to handle several positions simultaneously
• Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills
• Self-sufficient and high sense of ownership
• Fluent written and verbal English
