Office Assistant – Part-time in Hamburg bei AerQ GmbH

AERQ is a joint venture between LG Electronics and Lufthansa Technik which stands for the digitalization of the airplane cabin. We develop and manufacture innovative aircraft components designed to enhance the passenger experience and enable new perspectives for airlines. Headquartered in Hamburg, we are utilizing expertise and experience from both of our founding members and are currently expanding our operations.

to join our Finance & Operations team.

As anOffice Assistant you will support the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

• Assist in the organization and planning of meetings and events
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Communicate with property management and external service providers
• Work closely with our Office Manager
• Support the office and production space planning
  • liaise with architects,
  • handle building permits
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed

• Apprenticeship/Qualification as an office administrator or a similar job training
• Some working experience in an office/administrative role
• A hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good skills in MS Office
• Independent way of working, organizational skills, and professional appearance
