We are searching for a Program Manager - People who will play a vital role in driving strategic programs and initiatives within our People team.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in managing change programs, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment. You should have a proven track record of successfully completing complex, cross-functional projects.

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with People leaders to enable them to make a positive impact on the business. You will also collaborate with people teams to ensure the successful execution of key strategic and operational programs.

• Lead high-impact strategic programs that are identified as top priorities by the People leadership team. This will involve collaborating with relevant stakeholders across the company to create detailed project plans, measure progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive action to achieve our goals.
• Ensure the planning and success of core People rhythms, such as monthly and quarterly reviews, strategy sessions, and planning cycles. You will guide and lead these processes to ensure that agreed actions are delivered on.
• Support effective communication and information sharing from the People leadership team to stakeholders across the company. This may involve participating in All Hands meetings, providing written updates, and contributing to internal knowledge sites.

• Demonstrated success in managing high-impact, global people projects. You should be able to turn business goals into actionable project plans, identify and resolve risks and roadblocks, and work with teams to deliver results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You should be able to adapt your processes and approaches to maximize impact while minimizing disruption.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. You should be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams, facilitate consensus, and work well with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
• Experience in creating clear and concise materials to track project progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• A passion for driving business impact and achieving ambitious goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
