About the job
The Corporate Service team is looking for a receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and guests - both in person and by telephone. You will be responsible for all tasks at the reception as well as for administrative and organizational activities.
As a office receptionist, you will do:
- Reception activities and operation of the switchboard
- Answering and forwarding inquiries
- Organizing the conference area as well as the conference schedule and conference service
- Ordering and managing service supplies
- Organization and support of events (including active service to guests), interface with marketing and the canteen
- Maintenance of absence information
- Preparation of presentations
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience at the front desk.- Degree in the hotel industry, or administrative background
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Good English skills

Good skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good decision-making skills
