At our headquarters in Düsseldorf, we are looking for you as

• Your main task as a Self-Service Manager will be to build and configure the self-service portal in Salesforce
• You will work closely with numerous internal teams to understand and implement the required specifications
• Work on process automation and improving the user experience for an optimal customer experience
• Development and implementation of optimization opportunities by monitoring user feedback, identifying weaknesses, and following best practices
• Provide comprehensive user support for the self-service portal: request management, problem solving as well as the development of training material and conducting training sessions
• You promote portal usage through targeted communication and effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders

• You have successfully completed your studies computer science, IT or a related field
• Practical experience of working on a technical product in media/advertising industry or similar

• Good Knowledge of salesforce experience cloud or sales cloud
• Know-how of maintain and updating a knowledge base

• Basic Understanding of the Retail Media / digital advertising industry
• High level of familiarity and proficiency in technical systems and relevant tools
• Preferably basic knowledge of project management skills to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Your work style: Precise, accurate, and thorough with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial in conveying our brand message
• Hands-on mentality: Due to your proactive and practical mindset, you prefer to actively contribute to projects
