Customer Support Manager (m/f/x) in Homeoffice bei Virtual Identity AG
You will be working for our Product Connecta. Connecta is a secure online counselling tool for people in need of advice, developed by Virtual Identity in close partnership with top social welfare organisations. You will be supporting users in using our tool – and therefore helping more people get access to online counselling.
Tasks
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and accurate way
- Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities
- With your technical knowledge you will solve complex problems or gather information to escalate to level 3 support
Requirements
- Strong experience in product support or related experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to work independently and a passion for solving customer issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are a must-have
